Ethics and Compliance
The set of values and ethical principles that Aciturri considers fundamental constitutes its Corporate Culture. This Culture guides us in our way of acting, preventing any behaviour that goes against these values and/or against applicable internal or external regulations, regardless of whether or not they constitute a crime, ensuring that all of us who are part of Aciturri act in accordance with current legislation.
Our Regulatory Compliance Model, also known as Compliance, is fundamentally based on the following elements: the adoption and implementation of monitoring and control measures, the periodic review of the Model, the existence of an autonomous and independent body responsible for ensuring its operation, the Aciturri Code of Conduct, the Whistleblowing Channel, and a continuous training and information system on Regulatory Compliance.

For this reason, it is committed to complying with and exceeding the requirements established by legislation in all the territories in which it operates, in the labor, social, ethical, and environmental fields.
This declaration of values and ethical principles that define Aciturri’s corporate identity is reflected in our Code of Ethics and Conduct—among other documents—where the rules of conduct that must guide us are defined, inspired by Aciturri’s values and principles.
The company’s administrative body has approved the various documents that endorse Aciturri’s philosophy in Ethical and Socially Responsible Management.

It is the document with the highest level of internal regulatory authority, which defines the basic rules of conduct for the people who make up Aciturri, and which we must necessarily observe during our professional development within the company.
The Code is complemented by policies, protocols, procedures, and other internal regulations, with the purpose of complying with general legal requirements as well as those specific to the aeronautical sector.
According to Aciturri’s Regulatory Compliance Model, the Ethics and Compliance Committee is the autonomous body responsible for controlling the System and supervising its operation and compliance. Likewise, the Committee is responsible for reviewing the System itself at planned intervals.
The Ethics and Compliance Committee is composed of the individuals who, at any given time, hold the positions listed in the Compliance Model Manual.
It is the document with the highest level of internal regulatory authority that extends the obligation to comply with Aciturri’s rules of conduct to our entire supply chain. Therefore, it is an extension of Aciturri’s Code of Ethics—its spirit, values, and ethical principles—which helps to consolidate a common ethical and behavioural framework.
It is the communication channel that Aciturri makes available to any interested party (employees, customers, suppliers…) to report, in good faith, anonymously or with identification, confidentially, and without fear of retaliation, any irregularity that affects Aciturri.
